We are dedicated to providing the highest quality services, features, and customer service, using the most innovative platforms available.

Prisonpulse is not a transportation company. We do not opperate any form of transportation. Prisonpulse is an online service that handle reservations for specific transportation we partner with.

By using our services you agree to these terms.

PRISONPULSE USAGE
You agree to these terms when you access prisonpulse.com, phone number, Reservations services, transportation partners, or purchase products from Prisonpulse LLC.

You agree to only use prisonpulse.com in the way it was intended in accordance with these terms and applicable laws. You must not alter, inject, modify, re-engineer, or reverse engineer any code used in prisonpulse.com.

MAKING CHANGES TO FEATURES.
We are always updating Prisonpulse and we may add or remove features or discontinue use at any time. We reserve the right to modify any part of our website or phone system without notice in accordance to these terms and in accordance to our privacy policy. Some existing features may be improved or removed completely.

LIABILITY.
When permitted by law, Prisonpulse, and our suppliers distributors, service providers, and partners will not be responsible for loss of profit, data, revenue, financial loss, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages. You agree not to hold Prisonpulse accountable for Injuries sustained on trips with our transportation providers. Each transportation provider are responsible for the safety of their passengers under City, State, and federal DOT laws.

RESERVATIONS SERVICES
Prisonpulse provides online reservation services for multiple transportation providers. We use different financial institution to handle the collection of payments while making reservations. Including but not limited to, PayPal, Amazon Payments, Authorize.net, Braintree, and Stripe. By using our online reservation service you are agreeing to travel with one of our transportation partners.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our service refund are issued under these conditions.
1) We will issue a full refund of your deposit if we cancel for any reason. As long as we cancel the trip you will receive all of your deposit back.
2) We will issue a full refund of your deposit if you cancel up to 24 hours before your trip. If you give us one(1) full day notice that you are cancelling, you will receive the full amount of your deposit back.
3) We will NOT issue a refund if you cancel WITHIN 24 of your trip. If you do NOT give us one(1) full day notice that you are cancelling, you will NOT receive any of your deposit back. This means if you make your reservation WITHIN 24 hours of the trip, you will NOT receive your deposit back if you cancel.
You agree to these terms when you make your reservation.

These terms controls the relationship between you and Prisonpulse LLC.
Any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services we provide will be litigated exclusively in the state courts or federal courts of New York, New York USA and you and Prisonpulse LLC consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts
