Reserve round trip transportation services to Orleans Correctional Facility every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Transportation provided in late model vans or minibuses depending on how many reservations we have scheduled.

Please note that vans or busses do NOT have bathrooms or charging ports, so please be prepared and travel with your travel charger for your devices.
The trip to Orleans Correctional Facility usually takes around 6 hours going and around 6 hours and 30 minutes coming back.
Expect to depart from the pickup location at specified times below.
The driver usually make one(1) or two(2) stops to use the restroom and get snacks on the way to Orleans
The driver usually reach Orleans Correctional Facility before visiting starts, around 7-8AM.
Expect to show your government issues picture ID, to be dressed appropriately according to the Correctional facility dress code and go through a metal detector and/or be searched before you go on the visiting floor.
Be sure to bring enough money to buy lunch and snack for you and your loved ones. (Highly recommended)
The driver usually pick up after your visit is over, around 3-4PM.

11:15 PM at 161 East 125 st, Manhattan, N.Y. (Directly in front of Taco Bell)
Bronx Locations
11:30 PM at 500 Grand Concourse, Bronx, N.Y. (Directly in front of Hostos College)
Due to the nature of our service and the limited space on our vehicles, refunds are issued strictly under the following conditions:
1. If We Cancel the Trip: You will receive a 100% full refund of your deposit. No fees will be applied if we have to cancel for any reason.
2. If You Cancel (24+ Hours Notice): You will receive your deposit back, minus a $10 processing and administrative fee to cover merchant transaction costs and reservation management.
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows (Within 24 Hours): You will NOT receive any portion of your deposit back if you cancel within 24 hours of your trip or fail to show up.
Important Note on Last-Minute Bookings: If you book a reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled trip time, your deposit is immediately non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
By completing your reservation, you explicitly agree to these cancellation, fee, and deposit terms.
