The trip to Livingston Correctional Facility usually takes around 6 hours going and around 6 hours and 30 minutes coming back.

Expect to depart from the pickup location around 10:15PM.

The driver usually make one(1) or two(2) stops to use the restroom and get snacks on the way to Livingston.

The driver usually reach Livingston Correctional Facility before visiting starts, around 7-8AM.

Expect to show your government issues picture ID, to be dressed appropriately according to the Correctional facility dress code and go through a metal detector and/or be searched before you go on the visiting floor.

Be sure to bring enough money to buy lunch and snack for you and your loved ones. (Highly recommended)

The driver usually pick up after your visit is over, around 3-4PM.

10PM @ 490 8th Avenue, New York, N.Y. (directly in front of the McDonald’s on 8th Ave between 34th Street and 35th Street, New York, NY)

WEDNESDAY VISITS

9:30PM @ 312 West 34 st New York, N.Y ( directly in front of the AMC Theater on 8th Ave between 34th Street and 35th Street, New York, NY)

If you are visiting on a Wednesday you must be at the pickup location Tuesday night at 9:30PM

If you are visiting on a Saturday you must be at the pickup location Friday night at 10PM

If you are visiting on a Sunday you must be at the pickup location Saturday night at 10PM

​Due to the nature of our service and the limited space on our vehicles, refunds are issued strictly under the following conditions:

1. If We Cancel the Trip: You will receive a 100% full refund of your deposit. No fees will be applied if we have to cancel for any reason.

2. If You Cancel (24+ Hours Notice): You will receive your deposit back, minus a $10 processing and administrative fee to cover merchant transaction costs and reservation management.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows (Within 24 Hours): You will NOT receive any portion of your deposit back if you cancel within 24 hours of your trip or fail to show up.

​Important Note on Last-Minute Bookings: If you book a reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled trip time, your deposit is immediately non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
