The trip to Five Points Correctional Facility usually takes around 5 hours and 30 minutes going and around 6 hours coming back.

The bus usually make one(1) or two(2) stops to use the restroom and get snacks on the way to Five Points

The bus usually reach Five Points Correctional Facility before visiting starts, around 7-8AM.

Expect to show your government issues picture ID, to be dressed appropriately according to the Five Points Correctional facility dress code and go through a metal detector and/or be searched before you go on the visiting floor.

Be sure to bring enough money to buy lunch and snack for you and your loved ones. (Highly recommended)

The bus usually pick up after your visit is over, around 3-4PM.

The bus usually make one(1) or two(2) stops to use the restroom and get lunch on the way back to the city

The bus usually reach back around 9-10PM depending on your dropoff location.

If you are visiting on a Saturday you must be at the pickup location Friday night/Saturday morning
If you are visiting on a Sunday you must be at the pickup location Saturday night/Sunday morning

Due to the nature of our service and the limited space on our vehicles refund are issued under these conditions.

1) We will issue a full refund of your deposit if we cancel for any reason. As long as we cancel the trip you will receive all of your deposit back.

2) We will issue a full refund of your deposit if you cancel up to 24 hours before your trip. If you give us one(1) full day notice that you are cancelling, you will receive the full amount of your deposit back.

3) We will NOT issue a refund if you cancel WITHIN 24 of your trip or do not show up. If you do NOT give us one(1) full day notice that you are cancelling, you will NOT receive any of your deposit back. This means if you make your reservation WITHIN 24 hours of the trip, you will NOT receive your deposit back if you cancel.
