Downstate Correctional Facility
Reserve home pickup and drop off (door to door) service to Downstate Correctional Facility every Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Transportation provided in late model vans for door to door service.
Drivers are professional, friendly and punctual with years of experience taking overnight trips to Downstate.
Please note that vans or busses do NOT have bathrooms or charging ports, so please be prepared and travel with your travel charger for your devices.
The trip to Downstate Correctional Facility can be between two(2) and five(5) hours depending on where you live.
Expect the drivers to call you to confirm the night before your trip and give you an exact pickup time for the next morning. They usually call between 8-10PM.
The driver usually make one(1) stop to use the restroom and get snacks on the way to Downstate.
The driver usually reach Downstate Correctional Facility before visiting starts, around 8-9AM.
Expect to show your government issues picture ID, to be dressed appropriately according to the Downstate Correctional facility dress code and go through a metal detector and/or be searched before you go on the visiting floor.
Be sure to bring enough money to buy lunch and snack for you and your loved ones. (Highly recommended)
The driver usually pick up after your visit is over, around 2:30-3PM.
The driver usually make one(1) stop to use the restroom and get lunch on the way back to the city
Expect the trip back home to take between 3-5 hours because of traffic.
Home pickup is available in The Bronx, Brooklyn, and Harlem.
After you make reservations the driver will contact you the day before your trip with an exact pickup time.
Due to the nature of our service and the limited space on our vehicles, refunds are issued strictly under the following conditions:
1. If We Cancel the Trip: You will receive a 100% full refund of your deposit. No fees will be applied if we have to cancel for any reason.
2. If You Cancel (24+ Hours Notice): You will receive your deposit back, minus a $10 processing and administrative fee to cover merchant transaction costs and reservation management.
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows (Within 24 Hours): You will NOT receive any portion of your deposit back if you cancel within 24 hours of your trip or fail to show up.
Important Note on Last-Minute Bookings: If you book a reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled trip time, your deposit is immediately non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
By completing your reservation, you explicitly agree to these cancellation, fee, and deposit terms.
