If you are sending mail to an inmate in Rikers Island correctional facility:
1) You must print the inmates FULL NAME and BOOKING or CASE NUMBER along with a return address in the top left hand corner of the envelope.
2) Print the full name and address to the facility your loved one is housed. See below for facilities names and addresses.
3) There must be nothing written on the envelope except the mailing address and return address.
4) You should not spray the envelope or its contents with perfume.
5) Do not send more than 5 pages in one envelope.
